How many computers can I use my LightBurn license on?
A standard license key is valid for up to two computers at once. If you get a new computer, you can deactivate your old seat to move the license to a new machine.
Is the LightBurn license a one-time purchase or a subscription?
It is a one-time purchase. The license is yours forever; however, it includes one year of free updates. After the first year, you can choose to renew the license for another year of updates if you wish.
What happens if my update period expires?
If your license expires, your software will continue to work exactly as it is. You simply won't be able to download and install newer versions released after your expiration date.
Do you offer a trial period before I buy?
Yes, we offer a fully functional 30-day trial so you can test the software with your laser hardware before committing to a purchase.
Which laser controllers are supported?
LightBurn supports most GCode, Ruida, Trocen, and TopWisdom controllers. Please ensure you select the correct license version (GCode or DSP) for your specific machine.
How do I receive my license key after purchase?
License keys are delivered digitally via email immediately after your payment is processed. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
