At LightBurn Software, we strive for total customer satisfaction with our digital products and hardware. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return or license adjustment within 30 days of purchase.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Eligibility
Ensure your hardware is in its original packaging or that your software license key has not been permanently activated on more than the allotted number of machines.
- 2.Submit a Request
Contact our support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for hardware or a deactivation confirmation for software.
- 3.Ship the Product
For physical goods, securely package the item and ship it to our designated warehouse using the provided RMA documentation and a tracked shipping method.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once we verify the returned hardware or confirm the software license deactivation, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
